Caught in Providence: A well dressed defendant with a good story

I don’t know how to explain this one. A well-dressed man showed up in Judge Frank Caprio’s court with an interesting rambling story. From illegal parking to breaking a window with a hammer to sleeping like a squirrel. Sometimes you can’t make this up…
