Caught in Providence: Judge believes “mad lights” defense.

Judge Frank Caprio has the “Blunt Master” in court saying he was confused about making a left turn because of “mad lights.” Surprisingly the judge agrees that lights at the intersection are set up oddly.

I guess being a Blunt Master helps get out of tickets.
