Imagine being on patrol pulling up to a red light and seeing two BMW M3s revving their engines. you think to yourself, “hey I wonder this these guys are thinking about racing?” Then the light turns green.
Sure enough, the drivers take off racing. You would think they might have recognized the fully marked SUV squad.
