A CopBlocker is filming an officer at a traffic stop. The officer is fine with being filmed and after the stop takes a moment to talk to the cameraman. Quickly the camera man tries to "educate" the officer on fresh pursuit laws, yet it is obvious this CopBlocker is a tad misinformed.

Pennsylvania State Police have noticed more and more volunteer firefighters using LED dash lights. The problem is Pennsylvania law says firefighters need to revolving light on the outside of their vehicle. Thus many firefighters in the state are in violation of traffic laws. Our friends from over at Uniform Stories made up this video showing drivers unwilling to pull over for emergency vehicles.

A friend pointed out to me a video that CopBlock recently produced. It shows a couple of their members approach an officer parked in a parking lot and question him. Thier main issue is this officer is on private property, without a warrant, thus violating the rights of the property owner.

Lt. Joe Tucker from the Detroit police department was off-duty when he happened upon a crash scene. A ten-year-old boy was banged up after the crash but otherwise okay. As others looked after hurt cash victims the boy was alone and afraid.

It seems not a day goes by lately where a police officer or deputy sheriff is refused service at some restaurant. Sometimes it is the staff approaching the officer asking them to go. Other times it is staff yelling across the establishment ordering the officer out the door.

Officer Derrick Jones served the Madison, Wisconsin, Police Department with honor for 15 years. Retirement is bittersweet for the officer. Which makes this a perfect way to cap a career.
