Officer deals with protestor who thinks it is legal to destroy property.

Students at Kennesaw State University (KSU) proudly shredded signs at a free speech event. The owners of the signs reported the vandals. Campus police informed them that destruction of property is a crime, to which one vandal demanding a receipt.

This shows that common sense is not very common anymore.
