Caught in Providence: Frequent flyer has his 47th court appearance.

Judge Frank Caprio has a man in court today for the 47th time. The judge is not amused by seeing this frequent flyer.

I found it funny how as a police officer we call folks who get arrested a lot, frequent flyers. EMS friends tell me that folks who call 911 all the time for taxi rides to the ER are also called this name.
