Wisconsin officers running in Special Olympics Torch Run in honor of LEO that was shot

Appleton, WI Police Officer Stephanie Wiener was shot on duty over the Memorial Day weekend. She had been planning to run in the Special Olympics Torch Run and raise money for the event. Her injury now prevents her from running, but fellow officers from the Appleton Police are now going to run in her place.
