Captain Clay Higgins has a message for guys with felony warrants

Captain Clay Higgins is the voice of St Landry Parish Crime Stoppers. In the latest video the Captain calls out members of “the Gremlins gang”

Ironically the ACLU feels the captain has gone too far in this video. They take issue with Captain Higgines making a threat saying…

“If you raise your weapon to a man like me, we’ll return fire with superior fire… I’ll meet you on solid ground anytime, anywhere, light or heavy, makes no difference to me. You won’t walk away,”

To me that is not a threat. Higgins is making a statement of fact. These gang members are known to be armed and have a history of violence. They have a choice to turn themselves in peacefully. They also have a choice to fight the cops. If they fight they now have a clear warning of how the police will respond.

Not to mention the fact community leaders are in the video showing their support for his message.
