Albuquerque Police Officer saves a baby’s life!

Below is body camera footage from the Albuquerque police department. According tho the official description of the video

May 14th just before 1 p.m. officers were dispatched to a home in the Foothills Area Command. Officer Martin Smith arrived and found an unresponsive baby and her distraught family. Officer Smith immediately performed CPR on the 7-month-old baby girl. He gave her light breaths and rubbed her sternum in an attempt to revive her. Within moments, the baby responded and began breathing on her own.

Please note how this officer was cool, calm and collected the full time. Interestingly this is how 99% of police calls go. The officer responds does what needs doing in a professional way and then moves on to the next call. Yet these are not the viral videos people love to share… it is only that less that 1% of calls that go sideways which become viral hits…

Here is the local news story about it. Anyone else find it odd that it too the new media almost three weeks to report on the story from May???
