Lt. Clay Higgins is from the the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office is the voice of the local Crime Stoppers video. He has a way with words that is amazing.

Check out the most recent video from a theft of cigarettes at a Dollar General Store.

I love how he is call out these criminals as a poor reflection of the smart criminals. Seriously he is pointing out how these guy are tarnishing the reputations of crooks.

Hopefully these idiots will get caught and yes get put in the non-smoking wing at the jail…
