I am with Plaza Volunteer Rescue Squad based out of Virginia Beach, VA. We are one of 10 squads in the city with 4 ALS heavy duty chasis ambulances and a heavy rescue truck for extrication and small MCIs. The city of Virginia Beach boasts the largest volunteer rescue system in the country!
