Two quick little stories that come from Robert. Robert is a FireFighter and Paramedic on the Midland Fire Dept in Midland TX

 

We were dispatched to a "seizure" call. As we arrived I found the pt lying on the couch. The pt quickly began to shake and twitch. Entertaining, but definitely not a seizure. As my partner walked in he asked what do we have. I responded man I don't know. The pt then looked up and shakingly said "can't you see I'm having a seizure".

We were dispatched on a vehicle accident on an icey day. As my partned got out of the ambulance I just happened to look across through the window. Suddenly all I saw was his feet as he slipped and landed on his "south forty" or as some would say "the cheif". The real laughter started however when the paitients ran over and asked him "hey man are you o.k".
