Girl claims cop touched her boobs, body camera shows she lied.

Officers in Vermont were conducting a welfare check on three young women sleeping in a car at night. The video below is the body camera footage from one of the officers on scene.

Apparently, the full incident was nearly and hour long. It included this girl doing cartwheels and dancing on a trash can trying to show she was sober.
