Volunteer Responding to Station – Episode 1

A few days ago I asked if anyone had a FireCam or GoPro cam they used to record responses to calls. It could be in a personal vehicle responding to the station or in an apparatus.

This one was emailed to me with out any description except the word “Wacker”.

What are your thoughts on this response?

Does a volunteer having a Q siren in a personal pickup truck make them a “Wacker”?
