Many Fans of ResuceHumor tend to come from the ranks of Police, Fire and EMS. Meaning you all are very brave people, going toward situations that most people are running away from. But are you brave enough to ride Verrückt, the world’s tallest water slide?

Located in Kansas City, at Schlitterbahn water this monster slide has been posted on Facebook again and again with the question of “Would you ride this?”

Then a few months back video of the water slide being tested with sand bags went viral. Basically because the sandbags were being launched off the massive water slide. If humans had been on it they would have been killed.

Now the below video shows the water-slide’s engineers taking the first human ride.

• It is 168 Feet tall (taller than the Statue of Liberty)
• There are 264 steps to get to the top of the 17-story slide
• It’s expected to hit speeds of up to 65 miles-per-hour.
• Riders must be velcro strapped into a very large raft
